Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC, a subsidiary of Rosemont Capital, was owned and operated by Christopher Heinz, Jr. (John Kerry’s stepson), Devon Archer (former roommate of Christopher Heinz, Jr.), and Hunter Biden (Joe Biden’s son). Rosemont Capital was an investment firm operated by the Heinz Family Office. It was named after Rosemont Farm in Pennsylvania, the 90 year old Heinz family estate. John Kerry married Theresa Heinz after the death of her late husband in the early 90s. She is an heiress to a major portion of the assets of Heinz Ketchup. The Biden Kerry Slush Fund was a bank account controlled by Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC.
Throughout 2014 and 2015, 38 payments of approximately $83,000/each flowed from the now infamous Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma Holdings, to the Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC bank account (the Biden Kerry Slush Fund), according to the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office. On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, this office released bank statements reflecting those payments for the public to see.
What remains unclear at this time is whether or not any of that money was personally paid out to John Kerry and his stepson, Christopher Heinz. Ukrainian and American authorities are unable to confirm all of the recipients of payments that came directly from the Biden Kerry Slush Fund. While it is true that John Kerry’s stepson, Christopher Heinz, was a partner at Rosemont Seneca, only Devon Archer and Hunter Biden sat on Burisma’s board. Moreover Heinz expressed some conflict of interest concerns about Biden and Archer joining the Burisma Board to the State Department. Obviously this was because Hunter’s father was not only Vice President of the United States at the time, but he was also the Obama Administration’s point man on the Ukraine. Heinz’s concerns caused him to stay away from Burisma and reject a position on their board.
There remains much to be sorted out, but the optics here are not good at all for Archer, the Biden family, and the Heinz-Kerry family. The Biden Kerry Slush Fund must be investigated. There are too many potentially corrupt conflicts of interest here that involve massive sums of money.

Are you following the Government (DOJ) appeal of Judge Ronnie Abrams’ order vacating the jury’s guilty verdict for Devon Archer in US v Galanis, Archer, Cooney? This is the case in which Archer and 6 others were convicted of securities fraud and various bank frauds in the theft of tens of millions of dollars in a fraudulent bond issue for a Native American tribe. Only Archer’s conviction was vacated by the Judge, an Obama appointee, on the basis that she was “concerned” Archer might not have been aware of the fraud. If you read the case, this concern is almost laughable. Archer even advanced funds to pay the FIRST interest payments on the bonds to cover up that all the bond proceeds had been stolen! You don’t do that unless you are covering up a fraud. ANYONE with business experience knows this is fraud. Archer has been granted permission by the Judge to travel to China, Mexico, and the Caribbean (many. money laundering centers) while the DOJ’s appeal is pending. The Court is obviously running out the clock for the election to remove Trump’s SDNY appointees so the case can go away. Archer must have MOUNTAINS of blackmail evidence against Biden. Hunter by the by, was a COSIGNOR. on the Morgan Stanley account used to launder the stolen funds.
