After some unforeseen delays, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice, Michael Horowitz submitted his report on FISA abuse and Spygate to the Attorney General, and it was released to the public. It is also known simply as the IG Report. We can surmise the fact that criminal charges will be filed on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. It’s also extremely likely that former FBI Director James “Jim” Comey will be indicted as well. This Inspector General Report is devastating both to the Department of Justice and the FBI. However indictments of high level officials will come as a result of the Durham Investigation and not this IG Report.
