No Collusion | Victor Takacs

The Special Counsel began its investigation in May of 2017. Their report on the investigation was released in full by the Department of Justice in March of 2019. Fulfilling his promise of making the Special Counsel Report available to the American people, the media, and the Congress, Attorney General Barr made it happen. Even though left wing media reporters and networks are talking about the president as a criminal, it’s STILL official. There was no collusion to influence the 2016 Election between Russia and President Trump’s Campaign. While it is true that Russia did indeed try to influence the 2016 Election, there existed no collusion in said influence from President Trump.

The question of obstruction of justice regarding the president’s firing of now Former FBI Director James Comey was not decided upon by the Special Counsel. That decision was left up to Attorney General Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. They have since unequivocally stated that there was no obstruction of justice by the president. Once again, it’s over! So there we have it. Look for the democrats in Congress to hang their hats on the supposed obstruction piece of the report. They will surely do their very best to try and convince the American people that Comey’s dismissal was Trump’s attempt to obstruct justice on the Russia Investigation.

For the sake of the country, it’s time to move on from all of this. Instead of worrying about some fake Russia hoax, some fake Ukrainian hoax, and a fake impeachment hoax, Congress needs to work on public policy. Our lawmakers work for us, but many of  them put Trump-hating partisan politics above making progress in giving the American people the legislation they deserve. It will be very interesting to see how all of this shakes out in the near future! There are some things we can be sure of at this juncture. There was no collusion with Russia. The President did not obstruct justice. Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, and the whole democrat party are frauds. The President’s phone call with the President of Ukraine was perfect, and there need not be an impeachment trial.

The problem for the American people is the fact that they just do not know what to believe at this point in time. In a free society such as ours, the majority of the people are just not in tune with all of the political happenings of the day. That’s okay. Freedom allows for the opportunity of all of us to be involved in so much more than just politics. The people of a totalitarian state do not enjoy such liberty. The government of this type of state is the central focus of the people, because the government is in charge of EVERYTHING.

The United States also guarantees the rights of a free press to say and publish almost anything short of libel and slander. The press of the modern era in this country is not objective. Therefore, the difficulty in judging truth in political news is at a higher degree than ever before. The difference is evident in how both the mainstream television networks and Fox News are reporting about the Trump Presidency.

No Collusion. No Obstruction.

No collusion. No obstruction. No apologies either from the mainstream media outlets who breathlessly told us that Trump’s days as President were numbered. The worst dereliction of duty of the media in this country’s history is alarming. There should be no collusion between the mainstream media and the democrat party, but we know for sure that that is exactly what we have. Despite such rampant fraudulent reporting, conservatives are quite aware of the truth.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS:

The President will not be indicted for collusion with Russia (no collusion), nor will he be indicted for obstruction of justice (no obstruction) regarding the Mueller Investigation. According to US law, as interpreted through the eyes of the prosecutors of the Special Counsel, there is no evidence for collusion or obstruction. He is indeed exonerated. People may disagree, but the people who looked at the evidence for over two years have given us that conclusion.

The House of Representatives was given the opportunity to move forward, if they so desired, to impeach the president. Impeachment does not mean you must leave office. It simply means you go on trial before the Senate. As we all know, they decided to impeach the President, which is essentially political suicide for them. It’s impossible to muster enough votes in the Senate for conviction. Moreover Nancy Pelosi is hesitant to send Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. Therefore, impeachment is at a standstill.

The question is, what country are you hedging your bets on now? In other words, at first it was Russia, and now it’s Ukraine. When the Ukraine hoax is over with, what country will the democrats use to try and take out this president? What do you think? I’m going with one of the three Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. I’ll decide on which one to go with later.

Mueller Report Inadvertently Highlights Obama Failures

Can someone check on a couple of things? Did Hell freeze over? Do you see pigs flying around in the sky? One of the most unprecedented things just occurred. CNN actually ran an article, written by Scott Jennings, that highlights the Obama Administration’s failures in addressing Russian meddling in the 2016 Presidential Election. The piece is labeled Opinion, but the fact that CNN even ran it is extremely surprising. Perhaps we shouldn’t hold our breath, but the truth of the matter is that CNNs rankings have plummeted since the Attorney General released the Principal Findings of the Mueller Report approximately a week and a half to two weeks ago.

Kudos to Mr. Jennings and CNN! This is a good piece, mostly because it reveals truths that were swept under the rug by the Cable News Network (CNN) for months. The reasoning Jennings presents as to why Obama did nothing about Russian meddling in the election is the Iran Deal. I agree. There are a couple of other reasons as to why Obama did nothing. The decision not to act against Russia was likely because the former president and National Security Advisor Susan Rice were very much aware of a couple of things.

The first was that they understood that fingers could be pointed their way if they got involved by obstructing the Russians and Hillary Clinton won. The second reason for not getting involved was that they did not want to cause any ripples in the ongoing investigation and surveillance of the Trump Campaign. The further they stayed away from these things, the more likely Hillary Clinton’s victory would seem more legitimate and Trump’s campaign would seem more criminal.

The partisan warfare over the Mueller report will rage, but one thing cannot be denied: Former President Barack Obama looks just plain bad. On his watch, the Russians meddled in our democracy while his administration did nothing about it.

The Mueller report flatly states that Russia began interfering in American democracy in 2014. Over the next couple of years, the effort blossomed into a robust attempt to interfere in our 2016 presidential election. The Obama administration knew this was going on and yet did nothing. In 2016, Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice told her staff to “stand down” and “knock it off” as they drew up plans to “strike back” against the Russians, according to an account from Michael Isikoff and David Corn in their book “Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump”. Why did Obama go soft on Russia? My opinion is that it was because he was singularly focused on the nuclear deal with Iran. Obama wanted Putin in the deal, and to stand up to him on election interference would have, in Obama’s estimation, upset that negotiation. This turned out to be a disastrous policy decision.

But the Mueller report makes it clear that the Russian interference failure was Obama’s alone. He was the commander-in-chief when all of this happened. In 2010, he and Eric Holder, his Attorney General, declined to prosecute Julian Assange, who then went on to supposedly help Russia hack the Democratic National Committee’s emails in 2016. He arguably chose to prioritize his relationship with Putin vis-à-vis Iran over pushing back against Russian election interference that had been going on for at least two years.

If you consider Russian election interference a crisis for our democracy, then you cannot read the Mueller report, adding it to the available public evidence, and conclude anything other than Barack Obama spectacularly failed America. Subsequent investigations of this matter should explore how and why Obama’s White House failed, and whether they invented the collusion narrative to cover up those failures.
