Approximately two years ago, the Alabama state government passed a bill that makes abortion illegal once a baby’s heartbeat can be detected. Detection can occur at approximately 6 weeks of gestation. The bill is not enough as it allows termination for the first 6 weeks of pregnancy, but it’s a great start. Perhaps the soul of this nation is not as black as we once assumed. Sure we have the racist governor of Virginia who dresses in KKK garb and favors infanticide. And then there’s Andrew Cuomo, who claims to be a Roman Catholic, but allows for the brutal murder of babies in his state. Then there’s Kay Ivey who is doing what is right. The left calls conservatives deniers when it comes to linking climate change to human action. You damn right! Science has never proven that link. Liberals are LIFE DENIERS, because science has proven that life begins at conception.

Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden claim to be proud practicing Catholics. Catholic doctrine teaches us that life begins at conception and ends with natural death. There is no gray area here. It is black and white. Biden and Pelosi, as public officials, are therefore living their lives at odds with their faith. The Roman Catholic Church has been weak in recent years in fighting abortion and those who support it. Abundant prayers are needed to whip up a more genuine battle against the greatest mass genocide in human history. This is not the time to be soft on this issue. We must look to our leaders to inspire us in this fight. We must look to people like the President of the United States. He knows his pro-life information and facts!

On January 22, 1973, this nation set for itself an agenda of infanticide the likes of which the world has never seen. In a 7-2 decision on that fateful day, the United States Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade that abortion was a right guaranteed to all American women by the United States Constitution. Therefore all laws at the state level that banned abortion were instantly made null and void. Since the Supreme Court’s gross misinterpretation of our nation’s Constitution on that cold day in January, millions of the most precious and innocent human beings have been systematically slaughtered. Data analysis done by the National Right to Life Committee via statistics from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) put the number of abortions in the United States since the Roe v. Wade Decision on January 22, 1973 at 60,942, 033. An unprecedented atrocity, the legalization of abortion has made abortion the number one cause of death in the United States.

The ushering in of this nation’s “Culture of Death” through the legalization of abortion has got to be an immorality so egregious that many wonder how much longer God can tolerate such pain and agony. This nation better be on notice. These most horrific sins of our modern culture are sure to lead to the utter and complete destruction of American civilization as we know it. You see, history may not completely repeat itself, but it sure does rhyme. The greatest civilizations and empires that existed the world over throughout all of human history lay buried in an imaginary cemetery perhaps the size of the one that would be needed to bury the victims of abortion. We’ll never know the size of such a cemetery, because aborted babies’ bodies are disposed of like trash. Moreover Planned Parenthood and other “Baby Killing Factories” have been prosecuted in the past for selling portions of these bodies on the black market.

We kept telling ourselves that it would get better. Medical technology would continue to improve, thus showing us all that life does exist in the womb from conception to delivery. The science, we thought, would be indisputably evident. All we needed was time. It was ours. It was on our side. We were optimistic and therefore gave the benefit of the doubt to those who were advocates of abortion. To us it was all a misunderstanding. They just didn’t know, because the science and medical technology couldn’t quite show them yet. We prayed and continue to pray to beat back our “Culture of Death,” but Satan knew better. Our work has not gotten easier; if anything, it’s become more difficult. We are dealing with an irrational people who favor ludicrous public policy stances like open borders, socialism, free health care for all, the execution of the born-alive victims of botched abortions, etc.

These are truly sick people, and they won again today. The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act was defeated this evening (February 25th) in a floor vote in the United States Senate. Votes garnered in favor of the bill numbered 53 while opposition votes numbered 44, a mere 7 votes shy of the necessary 60 needed for passage in the Senate. If passed by the Senate, the House of Representatives, and signed into law by President Trump, this new law would have made it a federal crime not to provide medical care and not to employ lifesaving techniques for babies that were born alive after botched abortions. The bill is dead, but we must not tire. Those who cannot speak are in need of a voice. We must be that voice.
